A facilitated forum which engages next generation family business leaders in examining and sharing ideas and issues related to the family enterprise while connecting directly with regional family business leaders and advisors.
This series of 8 sessions allows for participants to focus on applying what they’ve learned in the sessions and from guest presenters and discussions, to their personal and family business life. The series is about giving “time for processing and influencing impact” on each participants’ life and then reflecting on and sharing the discoveries with each other in a reassuring and helpful peer environment with the support of a leadership coach. The series also includes an opportunity to attend sessions at the Ivey Business School.
